This kind of freaked me out....

For starters, I'm new to this.  Lately, I have been experimenting with OBE, or rather how to obtain them, aside from the sleep cycle.  I have been using the aid of Boxed Nirvana that I across on these forums (see my post at http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_obe_discussions/questions_for_you_experienced_people-t25510.0.html) and am confused about some things but that's not the point of this post.

This evening, about twenty minutes ago during REM, my body was shaking (mainly my head and upper body) uncontrollably.  I decided to say 'screw it' and see what would happen if I tried, I mean actually tried hard to have an OBE.  I began so I stuck with it but while trying, I started twitching very badly.  I eventually decided that I would stop because I'm unaware of what was actually happening.  Anybody know anything about this?

i suppose this are ebergetic effects. conscious obes demand a lot from the energy body and i dont suppose that you did a lot of energy work before you started experimenting with obes. it will go away when your energy body has accustomed itself to this.
