Alpha, since you are not physical during the OBE state, nothing physical can hurt you out there. You could visit the sun's core and leave unharmed.
I hear people love to OBE during storms. To be in the middle of all that with no physical consequences!
Then again, I suppose if there are NON-physical aspects of a storm system . . . I suppose one might have to deal with that. I've just never done it.

A while back I read about people going out of body and getting stuck to the high voltage power lines between cities. This was back when I was going to school in a small town and to get exercise I would walk outside of the city limits with a portable audiotape player. The power lines would cause static in the headphones. Going closer caused more static and then it would calm down on passing them. Maybe there is something about the magnetic fields that could influence an energy body. Not everyone seems to be equally affected by the power lines. It could be just that the people who felt stuck to the power lines were stuck for other reasons than the current in the wires.

I can see why people would love to project in storms.Ive always loved watching lighting storms.Ive seen the most spectacular storms when I went to florida.I heard its the state that gets struck by lightning the most..Must be all the marshes.
Tom:That would be kind of freaky being stuck to a power line.Im sure youve heard stories of people who live near power lines.That they are more prone to diseases.And if you ever notice if you got cheap speakers.The ones that dont have the special insulation.When you put them to close to a tv.They start getting static sounds.
Power, electricity and even the presence of metals would probably have effects on our energy bodies. That is just a guess because I know of certain entities (usually ETs) hate for steel.

yesterday I was laying on my couch trying to fall asleep to project.It started pouring out.And than eventually lightning and thunder.It ended up ending before I could get out.I was wondering if anyone has ever projected in a storm like that.What do you think would happen if you were struck by a lightning bolt in your astral body?Alot of ideas went through my head.And I taught it would be cool if it did happen.Maybe when all that energy hit you.You would be instantly transported to the top levels of the astral.I dont know just a taught.
