Bondgirl, your absolutely right, I was a little bored and somewhat tired, so I just took a small rest listening to the tibetan chakra meditations after listening too root, then sacral, then solar plexus, I achieved vibrations during solar plexus.  I know I had achieved it cause I shook for a second and felt myself float up a little bit but my arms were anchoring me inside my body.  with both eyes closed I would envision my third eye opening and blinking ( as if for the first time ) then, I would picture my whole body filling with white light filling my crown chakra and the rest of my body after that.  When I had the vibrations I could see nothing, I thought "clarity now" and suddenly could see the vague shadow of my headboard.  I keep asking myself if I was imagining it, but i really did feel myself float up above my body but felt anchored by my arms :)  anyone have some insight on what to do about certain body parts anchoring you?

I think I sabotaged myself because when I felt the vibrations I got a little to excited  :-P

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you! Usually, the last place you will separate is at your crown chakra. So just try and get through all of the tracks next time since the crown is the last track. (actually the way the CD works is it takes you through each chakra then starts over with a new set that sounds different) I've been stuck like that too, and just been able to move my arms around but nothing else.

You were NOT imagining. Once you are able to see, it will seem alot more real. For some reason, most people experience "exit blindness" for the first few times they exit. It's kind of like learning to walk for the first time. Just say to yourself "vision now" or "I can see". Your mind is a very powerful tool.

One thing to remember, is when you are projecting, you will have 360 degree vision, where normally we are only used to having 220 degree in our physical bodies. So, when you finally do get your vision, you'll be seeing in front of you, behind you, up and down all at the same time! It's really weird and it can make you feel kind of dizzy. It all gets better with practice though!

Just try and relax. I get excited too sometimes and it will make me shoot right back into my body. Keep me updated with your progress!
