How does Astral time work? Does it go 10 minutes faster than the physical? Is there any way to make 3 hours in a/w 3 minutes in the p/w? Sounds silly but I am being serious.

The "Astral" doesn't have a fixed time cycle like we have here in the physical. I personally believe each reality you visit has its own particular time cycle.
But no, there's no specific comparison between here and any reality you'll experience.
