Sound Frequency Techniques

The use of sound to induce altered states of consciousness and out-of-body experiences is an ancient practice dating back thousands of years. The Tibetan monks are famous for their use of chants, chimes and bells to enhance their meditative states. In the last two decades the benefits of chanting and mantras have become a well-established part of meditation classes. The repetition of certain sounds is widely known and accepted as an effective method to enhance and improve an individual's focus of attention.
Even though sound frequency techniques are still relatively new, I'm certain that with continuing research and development, this revolutionary form of out-of-body induction will become commonplace in the near future. In order to introduce you to sound frequency techniques I have enclosed an ancient technique used for centuries by Tibetan monks. This is one of the oldest recorded out-of-body techniques, dating back a thousand years before the birth of Christ.

THE CHAKRA SYSTEM
The word Chakra means, "wheel" in Sanskrit. In the body, chakras are the energy centers through which life energies flow. In all healings one must balance the chakra system in order to heal the patient.

Ancient Hindus formulated that there were seven of these energy wheels, each a different color and spinning in a clockwise direction. The location of chakras actually match major nerve or endocrine centers in the body. There are also minor chakras in various parts of the body including the hands and feet.



Chakras correlate with color frequencies, the musical scale and stones.

6 Third Eye / Brow: Pineal Gland: Is a psychic eye with the capabilities of looking to the past, present and future.

5 Throat: Tied to creativity and communication. Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly
Colour:Blue: Throat Chakra: Indigo Sodalight /Purple Rainbow Fluorite

4 Heart Chakra: Blockage can manifest as immune system or heart problems, or a lack of compassion.
Colour: Green:. Heart Chakra: Rose Quartz/Ruby

3 Solar Plexis:Seat of Emotions.Gives us a sense of personal power in the world. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization.
Colour: Yellow. Stomach/Solar Plexus Chakra: Citrine

2 Sacral: Spleen, Located just beneath the navel, and related to our sexual and reproductive capacity. Blockage manifests as emotional problems or sexual guilt.
Colour: Orange:. Sex/Navel Chakra: Carnelian

1 Base Kundalini: Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine. Contains the primary 8 cells that have all of the knowledge of creation and remain the only cells in your body that do not change in your lifetime.It grounds us in the physical world.
Colour: Red: Root/Base Chakra: Black Onyx/Obsidian
