after long time no luck i saw a pdf about where we mistake at obe and decided to go on the timer method again.I found timer app for android that u can program ur own intervals and i did 10 steps five minutes each.it beeps few  times before the time ends and few stronger beeps when itr ends, then automatically goes to the next.Imagine my surprice when that thing woke me up- i never thought i could fall asleep for 5 mins. And opening my eyes I was like wtf? A box floating in mid air!My instinct was to slap it away, but my hand went trough it,and it slowly melted away :D the rest of the night i slept on light :D But i had two short ones, one with bad sight, just managed to get out of the house, and the other i didnt realise i was already out and i was looking at the mirror rubbing my hands to "get focus" lol :D so i'm gonna hang to that for a while nd see :D

Very cool.  Good job on getting somewhere with this.  :)

I've been trying to use a bit of a variation on this method, sleeping for a while and then having my phone alarms sound at odd times, five minutes, then maybe, seven minutes, four minutes later, ect, over a bit of time.  I end up needing to wake up though to find and grab the phone in the dark, shut of the alarm and set it back down again on the nightstand.  I'm thinking that just seems to be too much moving around and dealing with sudden loud noises.  Your timer app sounds like a far more practical and logical idea that I think could work much better.  Actually could you post the name of the app?  I'm interested in trying a timer that will turn itself off again, instead of my default alarms.

Thanks for that tip and app Simo!

It sounds like you're getting some results! I'll have to give it a try and maybe shake things up for myself.
