One way could be this: try sensing your physical body...this might end it all, but is worth a try.
If I remember correctly, this was suggested by Robert somewhere...maybe in Astral Dynamics. Haven't tested it myself.

When this subject came up before people said if you stare at an object in the dream you will go obe-haven't tried it and i don't remember the specifics-try to search the topic on this site.
I know from the one time that it happened for me I just kinda thought about it. I was dreaming and fully lucid and was thinking if I might have been OBE just in the real time zone. But right after I thought about that the vibration state started and I had to go find a place in my dream so I could lay down.
So just try thinking about going OBE when you are lucid.

Ok, so this morning I went into 'dreaming' and decided that I would try to focus on my sleeping body, but I only succeeded in waking myself up. So, I closed my eyes and got sucked back into a dream, became lucid again and again tried to focus on my sleeping body, I woke up again, but this time I was too awake to get back to the dream....grrrrrr. :-(
Next time, I will try to just focus on wanting to have an OOBE when I am lucid and see what happens. It's just a matter of finding out which technique works for me...
Thanks for all the help, guys!
Any tips on how to go from lucid dreams to OOBE's?
