Simple - just keep it to yourself.
I bet most of people here keep our "hobby" to ourselves.
I don't want people to think that I'm some sort of crazy psycho... wait.. they already do!

The procedure to get a person out of trance is equivalent to getting a person out of normal sleep.

1. Say the name of the person quietly.
2. If no success, repeat louder.
3. If no success, gently touch the person by the hand or leg.
4. If no success, gently shake the person by the hand or leg.
5. If no success, shake harder.
6. If no success, slap the person around.
7. If no success, repeat 6 and pour cold water on the face.
8. I'm running out of ideas here.

P.S. You rarely need to move past #1.

I read that someone who was dieing could be simply recalled to the physical world if one would scratch the palm of his/her hand... there's a chakra there, and it's one of the links between bodies. Of course, the person would be required to have a functionning body in order to live in it.

About trace, go reassure your parents, as long as your body breathes and your heart beats you're safe... and they don't stop that easily. You don't have sleep apneas? then you don't need a doctor.
