Title: Transparent eyelid effect
Post by: Fourthdimension on February 15, 2010, 20:49:54
Ok, well i have had this before but
Last night i hit the vibrational state for the first time in a while.
during this i managed to get the transparent eyelid effect(what i thought it was)
i moved and ruied my relaxation so thought well i ll trying touch my eyes and see if there closed.
so i touched them and they felt closed yet i could see my hands.
so i thought ok i ll look in the mirrow. they still felt closed then when i looked they were nt closed at all they were scunched up giving my the impression they were closed

so then mabye this was just a one of chance that mabye i screwed up the procudre and mislead myself to believe that mabye it is transparent eyelid or mabye every time i get transparent eyelid its not really transparent at all but still open.

but if it is just a misbelive we would nt know because people think by getting up and looking in the mirrow they are ruining the relaxation.

so heres a challange someone get a mirrow and fix it so that you can be lying down or what ever and still see your reflection. then start your relaxation until you can see through your eye lids and then let me know if its transparent or i its just not shut properly.

please and thanks
bye

Or you can tie a bandana over your eyes like I do. I tie it tight to force my eyes to stay shut and can see right through the bandana and my eyelids with the lights off

I've had the same issue to deal with and that's why I started wearing one of those eye masks.  My goal was to make sure there was absolutely no light (or anything else) visible with the mask on so that could rule out the possibility that any light (or anything else) that I was seeing was simply ambient room light.  I highly recommend you do something like this as it worked like a charm for me!
