OK, but how do you travel in time exactly?
How and where does it come from?

I've only time traveled once (search in my posts for it), but I've also received a lot of information about time from astral.

Time can have many shapes. You can think of time as the set of connections between things, like one electron and an other. They repel, which is some function of the connections of the things they are connected to, and so on... A moment in time is a subset of all the connections. Which subset depends on which things you are paying attention to (where you are in spacetime, your speed, what you're thinking, etc).

Time travelling while astral projecting is done the same way as changing from one place to an other. Think about the things and their relationships in the place/time you want to go. Everything exists simultaneously, but different times (except adjacent times) usually dont touch each other.

The astral-time dimension is perpendicular to normal time and space. Dimensions are only very good predictions of the behavior of things connected to other things. No theory about physics, that uses dimensions without fractal or some non-space set of connections between things, will ever be 100% accurate. If you go up in astral-time and come back down, everything is as you left it, because you return to the same point in spacetime. This feels weird because we are not used to ever coming to a point in spacetime we've been to.

Everything nonphysical you feel from the outside, happens exactly once at some other "time" or "place" (set of connections to other things and what they are doing).

While Astral projecting can you travel in time? Or is the astral another time dimention?
I heard that one man projected in daytime at about 7:10 in the morning. It seemed to him like the projection took an hour and half also because he looked at his own clock in the Astral dimention but when he returned back to his body and looked at the time he saw that just 8 minutes actually passed... wierd.
I will be glad to hear from people with the same experience in time.
