OBE Harassment

A former coworker is using her obe abilities (may be remote viewing) to harass an employee at a hospital in Mason City, Iowa.  You can hear her voice whereever he goes, and he can feel her presence in her body.  Haven't talked about it with a doctor because what can a doctor do, and the problem isn't with him, it's on the other end of the line.  Have tried e-mailing a few people that were found through using Google, but it's hard finding anyone that believes the situation.  As of 9/30/11, this is still continuing. Any suggestions on what to do?

I hesitate to mention this, because I don't know if its hocum or not.  Your friend could try the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP).  I first came across this in J. H. Brennan's Astral Doorways many years ago.  Never used it.  It's a ritual which is meant to banish negative influences.  Do a google on it, it's very well known.  I don't know if it works, but I believe the principal is sound.  Basically, if you believe it works then it creates a mental barrier which is as solid as a brick wall in the astral?

Any idea why the stalker is doing it in the first place?

Not sure why she is doing it.  Was stalking before too.  She would hide in his car, and peek in the windows at his house.  He didn't call the cops at the time because he liked her.

Well, I've read both "Pyschic Self Defence" books, and that is clearly the place you need to start.  I was really amazed when I read the Dion Fortune one when I was a kid,  I didn't realise people can use the occult for evil means, but reading stories in there, your story sounds quite normal.  There are Plenty of very useful techniques in both books.

She is taking advantage of her abilities to try to get him to quit his job.  She knows that nobody can prove that she's behind it.  She feels that he isn't up to her "standards".  Weird situation- that's why it's hard to get people to believe it.
