turned into dream

Hello guys ! :D
This is my 3rd week of practicing how to ap and i think im almost there .

So i went to bed at 2am and woke up 5am
while im still sleepy i was thinking of LightBeam's advise to me
i did some deep breaths and start to close my eyes again and thinking that my bed was swinging
then later on i felt some vibration coming into my head it was like a lightning that strikes into my head then goes around my body
then i keep my self focus and think i was falling into a cliff , i also visualize my body floating but didnt work .
i visualize my self flying really really fast ... and in a matter of seconds i felt that this is real but while continuing flying i lost my consiousness and focus it all went into a dream i met my classmates and we played .

where did i go wrong guys ?

That can easily happen to anyone.   We have to try to remain alert and aware.    The author Buhlman says to say, awareness now and when you feel you are starting to go into a dream, say it again.   I say, I am alert and I feel objects or myself to get aware.   You do not need to keep doing it.   If you feel you are aware then you can stop doing that.

Woah ! just woke up from almost a success AP  :-)

I find it hard to exit guys . my body is so heavy i tried the roll technique but i cant move my body i think i need more
energy on that . i can feel my astral legs going out from my physical body its weird i was sleeping at my side the my legs where going out the opposite direction where my original position is  :? is that possible ? maybe next time i will sleep near the edge of my bed so that i can roll easily and fall uhmm is that ok ?  :|

Try this next time - THIN K that you are standing next to your window for example. Don't try to make any physical lime movements. Just imagine yourself being next to the window. That works for me every time. Your thoughts cause energy shifts and traveling, not moving as we understand it here.

absolutely, it works for me every time. This is how you transport yourself from one energy dimension to another. by thoughts. You have to change your thinking and forget the physical laws, because they do not apply the way we understand them in the higher energy worlds. Many people don't understand that when you AP, you just shift your energy and tune into another location/dimension, you don't leave your physical body they way you think.

Thankyou Lightbeam ! you just give excellent advise that works for me , i will try it later  :-)

one more question , is that what you're saying is called phasing ? cause i dont have to use any method at all it sounds too easy just to think you're standing in the same place where your body is sleeping.
