Two questions need help.

1. I start to sleep without sleep for a week. What I mean is my body is sleep, my mind is awake but rest, and I totally wake up to watch clock every 1~2hrs during the night. But I don't feel tire, actually, I feel pretty peaceful. Does this sound familiar to anyone of you? Why has this strange behavior?

2. I did have done OOB. Actually, I have three types of OOBE. One is projecting in transparent form, one is clear-solid form and the third is in lucid dream. But I don't have fully control to make either one kind of OOB, they all occur by accident. I do experience five different types of vibration, but the major one is getting bother me now. The vibration is ommmm~ing smoothly, then totally stop for a second; it starts vibration after stop. This cycle makes me very uncomfortable. Does anyone know what's going on?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Kinda confused about your question.  Is insomnia something that has started recently?

Normal questions: medications, change in day to day life(living situation, moved), high stress, depressed, concerns etc.....

Is attempts at oobe or meditation/enery work seem to be a part of this?

 Any dreams, nightmares, terrors?

hi, I do start to do meditation recently. I had experience so call-energy parasite to attach me, and get rid of it a week before. The strange behavior I describe in previous posting doesn't cause any harm or any negative feeling. I am doing meditation and play with the third eye a lots within one month. Those experience are all no harm and pretty light to me. I do expect more things happen, such as distance vision or be able to see aura color with my third eye all the time, but it only happened few times. One of the strange behaviors - pause vibration, does wake me up during the listening my own body vibration which always put me into "sleep". The vibration is about 70/second, and it stops one second on every 3~4 seconds.

You might read "do drugs impair oobe" thread in this forum.

 As for the vibrations.

Do a search for "vibration" or "buzzing sound"  , this should bring up a lot of good threads.

The vibration is typically indicates that you are very close to achieving oobe or a close lucid state.  If you are trying to oobe, then try allowing the vibration to absorb you.  You can do this by focusing on the vibration and allowing the intensity to build.  Once the vibrations peak, they should subside until they are very faint.  If you don't allow them to intensify they will most likely stop and restart as you are describing.  There is nothing wrong with just letting them stop and restart if thats what you want.
