a mini obe at last!!!!

Date of OBE/LUCID DREAM - THURS 14/07/2008

Time of OBE/LUSIC DREAM - 6.45 am approx



Woken up by baby at 6ish, and then went back to sleep, light sleep then suddenly aware and "floating" hand stretched out forward across what looked like my bedroom, but slightly different.

After 2 seconds fear kicked in automatically and woke up in body.

During experience point of consious was possibly looking at astral body from 4 feet away at a given point, slight confusion as to where "I" was, but no worries.

Various other views percieved this morning of parts of the room and house.

Relaxed, focused and calm feeling experienced after.

Its all starting to happen... hooray.
