Im sick so i realized i was concious during the night and idek what i really did but i got the the vibrational stage. VERY INTENSE feelings of energy flow everywhere on my body

i used the rollover technique which startled me a bit when my perception flipped over and i could percieve my body next to me so i woke myself up... it kind of creeps me out but i am going to try again tonight..

were these things that happened common?

it was pretty creepy not being in my body.. lol

WHOA
i got to the wicked intense "vibrations" again. must have been 6 in the morning bc my dad woke me up soon after.. but i was surrendering myself to em and all of a sudden i hear a man chanting in gibberish.. wasnt ready for that. if it happens again i think im prepared soo... maaad creeepy
