Also, I don't know if this is normal: whenever I think of a part of my body, like for instance, my right foot, my right foot instantly starts to tingle! And I'm not even meditating or in trance. I can keep doing this to every other part of my body, and it will, within a few seconds, start to tingle! Does this mean anything?

There be your increased awareness of your energetic body!

When I first started working on my energy development, was when I read about Bruce's Tactile Imagining.  Early into it, it would take a whole lot of effort and focus just to get any little sensations in my major areas, i.e. my solar plexus.  Here I am now, about 3 months after first trying to consciously leave my body, no OBEs yet, but it is quite simple to get real deep vibes with less effort and less time.
I can feel the whole of my body buzzing moderately within about 10 or 15 minutes, but I still think I must reach a threshold of peaked energy and focus before I can ever willfully project.

you know what I thought is if you get your body vibrating enough you should be able to walk out with no resistance, that is to put your awareness outside of the body ie imagine your awareness is drifting out, or do the rope technique pretending you're climbing out, or imagine you are standing next to your bed etc.. etc...  There were times in lucid dreaming where I would have false awakenings and feel the vibrations so much and just walk out with no resistance.  I wish I could do this consciously though but you have to be a drowsy/alert state or in other words body deeply relaxed almost paralyzed.  Conscious projection is true obe since there are no dream stuff mixing, in lucid dreaming part things you can believe are true and others are mental construct/symbolism/imagery.

It's definitely YOU vibrating, not the bed - Took me years to figure that out.  I used to think the bed was vibrating because a train was going by or something.

The veil between this world and other realms is very thin now, so it is much easier to experience the vibration and one's energy body.  Your energy might smooth out on it's own over time or it might not.  The only way I could get my vibration to smoothen out was by dealing with and releasing all repressed emotions in my system - shame, guilt, fear.  This took a lot of work to bring some of these to surface as I was not aware of their existence.  The only way I knew what I needed to work on was through my dreams and other deja vu experiences.  So, those deja vu's might contain some valuable information for you.

Wow, 3 months. I don't know if I'll be able to wait out that long, and I am a very, very patient person...I hope you'll AP soon, before you quit or loose interest^_^....for that matter, I hope I AP soon before I quit or loose interest, heh.

Yea, I thought that with deep vibes, you'd be able to get out. But noooo, it's not enough -_-'. S'ok, I'm dealing with it. I think, though, that I'm close. Hmm. I never knew about 'false awakenings', thanks for the info. I wonder though, is it the same? 'Cause AP from a lucid dream is still an OBE, right? Just maybe a low level one? Sorta confused on that. Well, I hope, you too, will soon do a conscious OBE. Keep your fingers crossed.

Thank goodness for THAT! It reminded me of all those damn demon-possessing dreams I had last year. I swear, I kept thinking about "The Exorcist"...

Great, repressed emotions ~_~. I wonder how many I'll have to pull out of my closet (without disturbing the sleeping demons in it, heh)?

I hope the déjà vu's contain some valuable info. too. I just got two more today! I'm pretty sure they're little warnings and wake up calls. I haven't really been true to myself, and I think the déjà vu's are probably a part of my realising so. Other than that, maybe they're 'directing my path', cause most of them had to do with school-related issues. And I've been focusing a lot on my courses (course-selections just finished today). You know, though, my tongue is numb. And this happened right after the 'vibration' madness I experienced that one night, and my taste is sort of altered. I hope it goes away. Did you get any problems with your vibrations? And, thanks for your input.
Where was I going again?

First off, Hey.

I'm awfully curious, and slightly worried. I've been seriously practicing and trying to do AP for about two to three weeks now. And, ever since I began, I've noticed a few things; some, which I think are supposed to be normal, and some that I'm not sure about.

What I think is normal: randomly feeling your heart speed up, feel light headed, and feel stomach pains.
What I'm not sure about: feeling terrible tingly/vibrating pains in the legs, blurry eyes, and a 'bouncing' feeling in the lower back (or something that 'pushes in, then pulls out',) and feeling shaky ALL DAY!

Now, these weren't so bad, I was becoming used to them. BUT since this last Monday, the vibrations and pains have increased (and I haven't really been practicing as much).

Also, besides having increased dreams of flying and achieving APs, I've had six Déjà vu's within two days. Two of which I already had once before, and one other which I remember having a Déjà vu from LAST YEAR! ...Normally, having a lot of Déjà vu's around the same time wouldn't bother me, but they all felt pretty (morally) important (for me)... not sure this matters, but I wanted to point it out, just in case.

During ALL of this past Monday, whenever I sat down at my desk/s, I'd feel shaky and disconnected from my body, and sometimes I felt vibrations in certain parts of my body (back, chest, thighs)and the 'bouncing' thing I mentioned above. I've also been feeling shaky, period, but it was more so Monday.

Tuesday night, I went to bed and within a few minutes my entire bed felt like it was vibrating!!! And this was sort of terrifying because I've NEVER felt such a vibration before (minus some past experiences with my bed, but those shouldn't count, I think...) and I couldn't figure out if it was ME or the BED!

Has anyone ever had (or is experiencing) any/all of those experiences I mentioned when/while just starting out with AP?

I know this is a long post, but I just like to clump everything together so I won't have to keep making new posts. Anyway,s Thanks in advance.
Where was I going again?
