Title: Vibes are really painful...and also, thought-teleporting
Post by: Missy on March 19, 2005, 01:07:21
This was a few nights ago just before having an OBE, I got really heavy vibes and they were so intense they physically hurt my teeth. Even after waking fully to write the experience down in my notebook, they were sore. Is that normal for anyone else?

Also, that night I got out of my body with the intention of finding my friend Susie and attempting to pull her out. I tried the whole "Imagine their face and personality" thing, but all that happened was I was in this very cluttered living room with a white couch to the left of me and Susie was nowhere to be seen...can anyone give me tips for this kind of traveling?

Hm...something about jaw-clenching and a thank you thrown in there. I don't remember all of what I said.  :P

I don't know what the cause is but I've experienced extreme pain on rare occasions with the vibrations.  I think it may have something to do with blockages but I'm not 100% on that.  I do know that when it happens to me, I usually do some light energy work but other than that take a break from inducing them for week or so.

Yes, I'll try to give it a rest. It's been a huge whirlwind of OBE's and lucid dreams for me as of late, I haven't really been given a choice, but now I can bring on the vibes at will and I've been doing it everytime I can sit or lay long enough.
For me, there's no techniques, there's only forcing myself to get to that point where you're basically asleep, but you know what's going on and it's smooth sailing from there...gah, two years of practice and dedication are finally paying off. :D
