I was thinking about what someone replied to in one of my posts about using a phone that has a vibration option to use when asleep (say hold the phone or put it beside me while lying on bed) to somehow try and make the vibrations work on the body.

Could this work with the right mentality and expectations? also what could be actually programmed to be used to induce vibrations an hour or so after you have fell asleep? I have a cellular with a vibration option when it rings but don't know how to actually make it vibrate an hour or so from a set time. I guess this type of option is not needed on any phone.

What could be used which you could program to vibrate and hour or whatever after you sleep? thankyou.

I think that most phones got the option to vibrate when the alarm clock starts.

Phone vibrations usually wake me up so I doubt this will work - but who knows... give it a shot.

Yeah, I'm not sure a 'physical vibration' will help with anything except bringing your awareness back to your body.

Agreed.

Some time ago I sat on a vibrating massage chair and it reminded me of vibrations, so I attempted to meditate on it.  Not only did it not work, but I didn't project for weeks after that.

You must have felt oozily good though afterwards?  :)
