Vibrations

hey guys,

i'm new to astral projection. about 2 days ago i was trying to astral project. i found myself waking up in the middle of the night, knowing it was a real good time to try to have an obe. i forgot how i did it, and i think i induced the vibrations. twice. the vibrations were extremely vigorous, something like the uncontrollable shivers you get in a very cold place, except it's much more vigorous. is this how the vibration should actually feel like?

What about other sensations?  Last night, I had some awesome dream about this super hot red/black haired girl, and I felt her 'kiss'.  The... softest... sweetesst, kisss.  She was so beautiful, normal head, smooth, vibrant skin, and her lips were so warm, and I was so happy.  She was so beautiful.  Oh man, I gotta wonder if there are girls who really look like that, I've seen a few.  But the kiss, it was so soft, right on my lips.  Mom said, "I bet it was the cats licking you in your sleep."  and that's funny.  "Soft, sweet."  *cat-- lick lick, I love you Chad, always embrace me in your heart"*  LOL!

I gotta read more about these vibrations, cuz whenever I start getting heavy or accelerating vibrations, I start getting attacked.

In last's nights dream, there was a young me with black hair sitting next to President Obama, and Obama was going on about economy and tactics and things like this.  There was a lot of us there.  The only sensation worth noting there was the feeling of acceleration and sliding on my rear end with power pushes all the way across the facility.  Then Obama said, "Let's all go surfing for a while, get that water pumped out of the class room and set up the boards."  It didn't make much sense, but whatever, somehow, we all went surfing.
