:? Hm. I was just trying out some relaxing routine along with an alarm method, and after awhile my body got this strong pulses of electricity that felt like cold shivers exept i wasn't feeling cold or anything. I am just really confused but it didn't really feel like shivering, and after a few seconds, it stopped all together so i am not really sure what it was.  :|

If they felt like they were coming from inside you, it's possible that you were having the OBE vibrations everyone has just before they project. Are you trying the alarm method where you confuse your body about it's 'sleep pattern' by setting the time you wake up to different wake up intervals like 22 minutes, 18 minutes, 15 minutes, etc?
I will be away on vacation to Italy and Sicily from June 4 to the 22nd. I will try and get on when I can, but that time will be very short, if at all. I'll reply to any and all of my threads when I get back home though. :-)

Hmmm yeah they felt like they were coming from inside, it has happened before and i thought that it was 'sivering' until i realized that most of the time my body isn't cold, and i only feel those when my body is still for a certain amount of time. Yes that's the one, i think its 30 mins 25 mins 15 so on, but i am not sure.

See if those experiences match your own.

Thank you for the advice, I will  :-)

To me the vibrations feel like an increasingly tingling sensation that feels like electricity. I start to feel kind of twitchy too. Starts in the feet then goes to the legs and it stops if I move at all. If i don't move after awhile, suddenly my "feet" feel elevated as they're out of my body.

That kinda happens with my arms. I feel as thought they elevate, but then my body jolts out of the blue. Is kind of annoying. Last night i felt somebody pushing me foward tho' , i am hoping that's a good sign  :-D

It sounds like you are barking up the right tree.  Being pushed or pulled, heaviness in the limbs, electric shocks shooting through the body, a weight sitting on your chest or back, touching sensations - I've had all of these in SP.  This used to scare the crap out of me.  In the mid 90's I had these experiences so much that I was afraid to go to sleep.  Of course I had no information about SP and the possibility of using it to project.  Now I'm working like crazy to induce it.  What a waste huh?  I could have used all those chances to project years ago.

I think the next challenge for you is to welcome those feelings into your body.  Get used to the sensations, enjoy them even.  Then you will be ready to make the next step and get out of your body.  For me, it was a lot like learning to ride a bicycle, difficult the first couple tries, but once I found the balance point I was riding.  What a feeling that was!  Honestly, I actually enjoy the SP state itself now that I know what it is.

Enjoy this journey - who knows where it will take you?!
