the whole objective is to enter the trance state and upon awakening, it is easier to slip into that awareness "trance" because your body is relaxed, comfortable, drousey an it the right conditions to make that exit.

something wied just happened at my first try this morning.I wake upat like 7 am. and instantly i realize that I could use the phone thecnoque and don't move a muscle.I start feeling my phone in my right hand and suddendly I hear this strange music, the music of a snake tamer(like from those arabian bazzars, it has a distinct rythm and noise). But the thing that really freaked me out was that my eardrums(not my EARS) started feeling this imense presure and a certain pain apeared. The feeling that my eardrums will just break down from the pressure was to much and I had to stop.
Nontheless, it was something motivating for my first try.

AAAAAHHHH!!!!! I tried this but when I always wake I from sleep I never remember to lie still and imagine the cellular phone. So what happens always is I wake up and move around then remember the technique too late :( lol this sucks :( any advice anyone?

I have a really good feeling this technique is going to work really good. Maybe not the first time, but I am almost certain it will bring me some obes in future attempts.
That is because all of my obes are in the morning, right as I wake up. I usually just roll over (physically) and then maybe 10 seconds later out of nowhere will fall into SP.
Now this tecnique will give me something to focus on (the cell phone in hand) as I let my body fall back into SP.
Can't wait to give it a try tomorrow morning.. as long as my alarm doesn't keep waking me up lol

Greetings :) Just registered!

Late last night I accidentally found this thread and I decided to give it a go, even though I understood I had to have sleep first. Anyway, I tried this without any preparation ( such as relaxation, breathing, meditation, whatsoever ). This thing worked in 3 to 5 minutes of concentration upon the cell phone. My body was in paralysis and even though I was very excited I was also influenced by fear so I decided to give it a rest till tomorrow.
But, yeah, this technique definitely works. Thanks

How the hell do you people remember to do it after you just wake up???? :? I always go to bed with the intention of waking up dead still and not moving a cm then imagining the cellphone, but what always happens is I wake up and move before I have a chance to remember and imagine the cellphone in my hand.

I was told for it to work you have to be dead still from the time you wake up.

How you do it?!?!

Put an object in your hand or a cloth on your head and through the previous day just keep thinking how that object would remind you of not moving upon awakening. So once you awake and you feel the object you should remember quickly not to move. I think it would take several days to practice though

1 more quick Q: could this technique of imagining the cellphone work if your body is numb/in paralysis /or on the verge of paralysis/in trance? like once your in trance could you imagine the phone then? it don't have to be when you wake from sleep does it? well?

No I'm sure it can work from the state you are talking about too. As long as your mind is in a state almost like a dream state you shouldn't have a problem recreating the feeling of something in your hand

Someone want to try this technique with me? I want to see if someone out there who is also trying to obe would want to try this technique along with me when they next go to bed. I am just looking for someone to get feedback from on this and perhaps could help each other out.

So anyone want to try the cellphone technique at all?
