Vibrations And Breathing.

Please tell me, what exactly do you do to get the vibrations so quickly?

Hi there

I have had the floating feeling and been able to see through my eyelid's. I have never been able to see a astral limb though.

Trying to force myself out has not worked for me yet either. I tend to lose track of my body as a whole. I have not yet been able to lose track of breathing except for a minute or two.

Breathing seem's to be my hurdle as well. Mine slows so much that I usually become aware and then panic and inhale quickly.

Great experience indeed and too bad you can not remember the lush forest's. I wish you the best

Its like this...If you can get in a trace, try this:

Behind your closed eyes, try to look up and your third eye. imagine a point about 3 fingers width (2-3 in) away from the point between your eyes, and Look up at it (you should be cross eyed.

This will Intesify your trance . While under this enhanced state...try to push the relaxation deeper.
My problem is , is that when i try to push the relaxastion deeper..my breathing becomes difficult..breaking me out completely of the trance.

I am going to start doing Robert Bruce's NEW energy program. I think it will help.

The breathing is a issue. I can focus everything down to breathing but not keep it under control enough to project. It is not that I am scared to stop breathing but more that it becomes so hard to breathe it becomes center focus.

For me its not really fear..its gets down right uncomfortable to breath. I Belive very strongly that this is a "threshold" because the day that i woke up In vibration and got out, i had no breathing problem. I was past the threshold at that point. Dunno, maybe something to this.

Thanks for the advice! By the way, ICWiz, do you just use a mental falling sensation to get into trance?

So did you focus on the sensations and vibrations or ignore them to get that far?  That's the one thing i'm never sure about I get confused if i'm suppose to be paying attention to sensations or not cause the come on really strong..

I use more of a Breath in - body getting number Breath out - Hold technique.

When you are in a normal trace, there is a slight buzz..its a sensation of muscular relaxation and the astral body loosening.

Then you try to relax Even more..This is when most people (myself included) get the Breathing problem.

If you can over come the breathing problem, there comes a point , i belive, when your body awarness disssapears and your are no longer aware of your body ( and lungs) You Just feel like a point of mind in a large thing(your body). Then you feel the awareness switch to the astral body. When this happens, You Really feel normal, except the body is weightless. If you try to lift something it will automatticly be the astral body, not your regular body.

This is the point where you just Let go and THINK and feel your weightlessness and float out of the body.

I just need to get over the breath problem...thats all. I can get out if i can get past that.[8)]

Its like you purposely notice them..but you dont act on them. Just like concentrating on your breath, if you keep thinking about it you end up focusing more, and the vibrations intensify.

Ok...I think im begining to understand why we are getting this breathing problem. We are using it to maintain focus. RB said that we need to keep a clear mind.
I belive , just using that after you are in a trace, will let you fall into an obe without the breathing problem. i will try it tonight

I dunno if this is what you get, but i find that after a while, when i hit that trance of complete void, and no recollection of anything, i grunt when my airways close a bit, which brings me out the trance...

Hmm..that sounds more like sleep apnea. When i get the "Breathing problem" , its like at the last stages of the deep trance, my breathing becomes harder to do, because i have to keep concentrating on it

Wow ICWiz we seem to be at the same level. You've described to me exa.....EXACTLY what I've been goin through for the past few months. I try to lie down and project but I'll get that breathing problem also when I try for TOTAL relaxation. My tounge kinda falls in the back of my throat and stuff. I've been able to project a few times lieing down but most of my "willed" projections have been sitting in a desk in class. See..I dont have a breathing problem sitting in the desk cause I sit so that my elbow is propped up on my stomache and palm is flat on my lips and my head tilted down..this hurts my teeth after a while and sorta makes the blood in my lips stop circulating I think but the pain is something that keeps me a bit aware and usually I'm listening to my teacher .. the whole time (as long as I'm balanced and somewhat leaning on the side of my desk) I am able to let my body fall asleep like that while listening to the teacher and doing my full body relaxation.. basically just letting my whole body go limp , tounge , neck , hand, everything and TADAAA no breathing problem .. vibrations come pretty soon after that and I can exit...I've notices that at some point it will feel like you are about to fall over or something cause your getting so relaxed. You have to just ignore it.. I've even fell out of my desk in astral lol , that was wierd causeI thought I really fell out in class..

I would like to talk to you about this stuff ICWiz , I think we could find something to bypass this .. block in our progress. Please contact me if you want to talk about this stuff.

PS:I noticed that I cannot simply , will myself to float out of my body when the vibrations come .. its more of a ... just get up and move kidna thing .. the whole time your trying to move , you have to focus on moving your astral body , or visualize yourself moving behidn closed eyelids to get the full exit.. I've stood by my teacher in astral to listen to some of the lesson for the day. Its pretty interesting .. it was American history and all I remember not was..he was talking about the 1800s.  Anyway , cya lata and good luck on yer progress.
Loving yourself first is the most important step you must take before you can truly love someone else.

Guess you've never done a First Aid course then..?
They teach you that a lot of people who've stopped breathing have just blocked their throat with their tongue.
It's simple enough to solve: tilt the head back, the tongue will no longer block the throat.
Isn't that easy? :)

Hello All!

Thank you ICWiz for starting this link, and thank you Zarklon for sharing your way of projection. I write to share this experience I had a while earlier.

I did my normal routine of meditation by counting my breaths, in 4, hold 2, out 4, hold 2, and relaxation- both after doing some energy work ala NEW. After my meditation I lay down and tensed and stretched my muscles out to get the kinks out, and then I relaxed. I Really relaxed. I did the 'let go' kind of relax Zarklon talks about. I just let my body go as limp and as un... unanimated as I could. I kept doing this and eventually I reached a point to where there was a change. It was like my body shifted gears. I heard crinkling or several clicks in my head, and my body shifted gears. I think it went to sleep. As this happened my screen opened up in the center as a circle. It was like how my vision usually opens up. I'll bet you've experienced it before, how hypnagogic imagery opens up in the area behind your eyelids. I didn't really see what was in the middle, because I was too intrigued with what happened with my body.

I was so excited that I brought myself out of a state necessary for practice. I tried getting up in the astral body but it seemed that I took all of me with me-, which includes my physical body. My heart started racing and it was difficult to relax again during that practice session, but I know I can do it again. I'll get more used to it each time I do it.

I thank Zarklon for sharing this method of relaxation and trance and projection. It works very well.

All who try it I pray that you post it here so that we can learn from your experiences too.

Thank you for sharing your insights into the phenomenon. These past few days i have tried to pay more attention to the breathing. I have found these points:

1) The breathing issue is being cause by the natural proccess in which your breathing slows when sleeping.

2) The problem isnt that you are breathing slower..it is the fact that you are aware of it.

The mistake I am doing is that im still thinking within my physical self. I have to find a way to make my mind switch over to the astral. When this happens, any movement i do will be translated to the astral double, not my physical self.

Anyone have thoughts or ideas on this?

Hi all,

So now im finally at the stage where i can attain the vibrations from trying to project within about 5 - 10 mins. I have Projected once under my will. Even though i didnt see anything, the accual exit was ,tactilly, detailed. I learned somethings that i would like to share.

One, when the vibrations got intense, and i started to here the Whine in my ears, I used to try, at that point, to mentally force myself out. That does not work.


That night what happened was that i was Very tired and the vibrations came on their own. I didnt want to try to project, as i was very tired and sleepy. So I just ignored them and tried to sleep.
That was the trigger. [:)]

Once I 'let go' i Felt the whine in my ears get so load, that i was kinda startled. But at that point i had already started sepreating.

The sensation of sepreating, is important, as many people try to focus on this.

While in the trance state, your body becomes numb. Imagine that while in this numb state, someone turns the gravity off in your room. One by one your limbs and body float in this absence.

Thats the sensation. In fact the first thing that happened was my arm sepreated. I first thought "why am i holding my arm up" i even slighty opened my eyes to see that my arm was up but then i noticed that it was white...
Then i realize how and why this was happening..so i got excited. I then tried to 'sleep' some more and more parts started to float. then i started to see the room thru my eyelids...everthing has a weird glow. I also later noted that the sight was not from the preception of my eyes, but as if i was seeing from the other side of the bed, where my feet were.

then i finaalt felt my legs detach and then my torso and everything. I remeber twisting around...like a wind was slowing pushing me out of the bed.

Then i dont remember after that. I have vague memories of lush forest and mountainous beauty.

The only ..Only hurdle for me left..is that my breathing slows to a point where i think im gonna choke.

Its like i relax to the point where my diaphram is lethargic.

Any input would be appreciated.
