Almost got out of body again through meditation but I took a nap right after I had a lucid dream lol. Here's how it started. I was lying on the right side of the bed and I everything became kind of black after a dream. Then things began to shake really bad. I thought I was having a seizure but I wasn't. My body felt like it was on a washing machine vibrating. I tried to feel my heart beat but that's when I panicked an woke up. I should just stayed with it. Awe well. I usually get out of body through dreams but not while I'm awake so that's why I don't feel any symptoms.
Ha -Ha I'm the opposite. I usually project from an awake state rather than through dreams. I always wished it was the other way around because of the scariness of the exit. If you do it enough, all the signposts including the vibrations get less prominent and eventually won't bother you anymore. I actually miss the strong vibrations now. They can be kind of therapeutic once you accept them and relax into them.
you can still project from an awake state and skip the majority of the 'scary' symptoms.
Just do your favourite projection techniques as soon as you wake up after sleeping.....well that's what I've found in my experience anyway.
Hi
Soarin, I miss my vibs also. Vibs were a can't miss it point of try and exit the body right now!, the more the body shook, the more noise in my ears, the seeing through closed eyes, are all excellent signs of the body telling you , now is the time, you have 4-5 seconds to either do it or chicken out. After getting used to these indicators, they stopped, now leaving the body has become not quiet, more like a knowing without all the phsysical signs people are afraid of. Its almost like if the brain grew and learned something and now it became more efficient.
So to the people who get vibes ..just chill and go for it, go for the thrill of not knowing, play with your vibes, sounds, scary stuff.. stuff is only scary because you don't embrace it. Check out why or what happens when you do this or that.
