Ok so I was trying to project the other night, and my body started going numb, sleep paralysis I'm assuming. I was completely aware of what was happening and tried to induce it further by twitching my limbs. Now I'm not 100% sure if they were vibrations or my foot was twitching, because it was numb, but it would last about 10 seconds for both feet and moved up to my leg. But when it did reach my leg it wasn't much of a vibration at all, just a jerk, however my leg didn't actually move. Is this right? Or was it just a myoclonic jerk?

It's hard to say and, but I am pretty sure you will recognize it when it happens. Was it different from anything you have experienced before?

For me, the vibrations often feel akin to sitting on top of a lawnmower motor.  They have that distinct vibration feel.  However, sometimes they are stronger or weaker or in diff parts of the body, but they always felt distinctly vibration like  (actually been a long time since I felt the vibration part).

I have also at times felt weird twitchings and yankings.  One time it was like I was wearing shoelaces and someone was yanking on them irritatingly.  Beats me what that was!

So it may be that what happened to you was one of the other weird phenomenon, but not the vibrations.
