Hmm. Maybe we should not call it a "OBE". We are after all in a body of sorts. The very idea that we are leaving or going out of a body would seem to be a fixation. Ofcourse not being fixated on the "physical" body seems a bit inhuman. Perhaps "ABE" Astral Body Experience would be more fitting?
