it was probably the fact that you started getting scared of them, so some fear still resides in u now too. when u try to project, just remember to make sure your not afraid. Tell yourself its all fine and mean it, and it might make OBEing a lot easier. Also the medications might of had some effect, it kinda depends what they were though. If it was from tehm, then they might not all have been OBEs, but then im not really sure of the effects of medications on OBEs so yeah... i hope this helps-- good luck projecting [:)]

But is it duty"

Hey. I can definitely relate to this one. It's taking me an strong uphill climb to get over my hump, but I'm doing it. I suggest doing a lot of reading on OBE, practicing various techniques to find what you like and works for you. I can use the inspiration of another practice partner if you're interested.

Take care.

Quite a few months ago, I was having out of body experiences almost every day. I'd just become obsessed with the idea of having one, go to sleep after school, and project. I never had to clear my mind. Usually, my mind would be swirling with various thoughts.
I was also depressed at this time, and was on medications (not sure if that has anything to do with it?). I later got too scared to continue having OBEs. They would happen even when I tried fighting them off.

Now, I feel terribly regretful for ever stopping. I can't bring myself to have another one. It was so easy before! Please, any suggestions on how to achieve OBE?
