I was thinking maybe if you laid on your back and kept still long enough and were able to relax enough you could have some audio maybe binaural beats or isochonic tones or something that can play sounds that would help the body enter the vibrational stage to project from after a time say 45 minutes or so.

Could they aid in this? seems most do not focus on this part.

So can anyone give advice here on recommended sounds that could help here?

Yes, anything to pass the time works.  :-)

But awaiting/looking for vibrations shows that your focus is still rooted on your physical body, which is counterproductive to leaving it.

I used to do this with binaural beats years ago. The whole staying still on my back thing. I'm not a person who can fall asleep staying still or laying on my back, but after using those for a while, I'd find myself waking up 30 mins to 1 hour 30 mins later. I would be completely unaware that I drifted off until I looked at the clock. Often times when I awoke the vibrations would still be there.

Here's a good one to start with. I really enjoy his OM Binaural Beat. He calls it "Far Countries". It's 40 minutes long.

I didn't get for the second 30 minute one though. They are both free to download. Youtube.com is filled with great ones as well. Just do a search there and watch them all appear.

Binural beats don't really work for me.
But last night I tried again, but a different one. I used one that only
Sends out theta waves. I must say, it worked quick.
SP was fast, and the vibrations came fast.
It really speeded up the process. I'm going to be doing this everynight.
Youtube binural beats, theta waves. The one I used was an hour long, I think
The second video down.
Hopenthis works for you too

As you just found, sometimes it's not the actual binaural beat itself, but the range of the tone you're listening to.

For example, it's been found that men "generally" work better with lower tones in the 4 hrz range... while women "generally" work better with the higher 12 - 16 hrz range.

So you do have to experiment with what works best for you.
