waking up in a dream

hey guys so ive been  praticing astral projection and i was told praticing dream recall help out ten folds. so wat happen was i finally got 7 dreams i remember in one night but for some reason this was the only time ive ever been able to notice them. i never notice i had  dreams before there really rare even if i do i forget it instantly. so wat happen was i woke up after that dream and wrote down on a book or journall. everything felt so real,so after that i went back to sleep but wen i woke up again i checked and i didnt write anything down at all is this what u guys call a obe experience all my dreams were in color i even flew but  jumping style

It's called a false awakening. You can have one or more in a row.

dat sucks how long did it take u for ur first astral projection

It's a good sign to have false awakenings, you can become lucid and have an OBE from there.
For me it took approx. 8 months to have my first conscious OBE, but it was not induced. Most of them are semi-spontaneous ones. Here's the link to the post of my first one.

awesome well i just got a few vibration burst not strong tho shot llike 4 time through out my hole body then i tried to control the vibration and ruined everything well im happy tho everyday is a new day and everyday i get a step closer and closer this is awesome alreadi knowing that im getting closer ive alway thought im not the rite type to actually do these stuff maybe i dont have wat it take but i gues im wrong with the rite attitude and persistancy it sooner or later will come just have to wait and stop trying to force the ball out of it and frustrate ur self to the point u want to hit something , but thank this site. truly is a motivated place too keep u goin. hope we all meet in the astral someday and share our experience and evolve to the truth of our true existence
