did i have an obe?

well a few nights ago i was sleeping, and then i dont know if i woke up, or was dreaming or soemthing... but i like felt me like, sit up out of my body and move my arms up out of my body. and i couldnt see anything, so i just sort of sat there and then i leaned back and i guess "fell back into my body", if indeed that is what i was doing, and i remember nothing more. could this have been an accidental partial obe?  :question:
