After hours of bus ride the day before i was knackered and still asleep till it was almost noon time. My friend was talking on the phone and woke me up but i drifted away while still hearing her voice. Then i could see her and the room i was in but i couldn't move. It's a SP! The moment i realized it i was filled with excitement: this is what i have been waiting for for so long :!:

I used to have the same experience from time to time but i was scared of it and wanted to stop and strange enough i did stop. I wasn't ready at that time. After i thought i was ready it never came back to me till then. Imagine how happy i was!

Instead of being scared and all that i tried to get up from the bed and for the first time ever i did! Literally i felt i was floating up and OUT OF MY PHYSICAL BODY! I told myself it could be more than a lucid dream. I walked past my friend rushing to the light switch. Of course it's not working. Being amazed i found myself in a room delicately furbished in Victorian style and a middle-aged man was sitting next to a table. He couldn't see me. I thought if he meant to be the first person i met in this experience we must have some kind of connection so i tried to get close to him and started sensing. Nothing happened.  :( Then a waiter with a plate walked past me without noticing me either. I followed him to a big lounge and started to look for the light switch there but only saw an empty shell of a switch on the wall.

I decided to try the flying technique didn't work  try to float away didn't work   try to meet my guardian angel or spiritual guide and found myself still in that lounge

Several people were there so i went to them and tried to communicate.
An old man was doing some kind of coin magic trick to a little boy.  What amused me was that the little boy instead of jumping up and down and being surprised he was very calm and concentrated like he was learning something else out of it. I asked him a question and he started talking to me! He could see me :o but he talked some random crazy things that i coudn't understand. I was confused then a middle-age English woman approached me and started to talk about a place she was going to visit. I had no idea where that place was and she was really surprised and started to spell the name of the place like she couldn't believe the fact that i had never heard of it.  :?:

I was enjoying the amazing experience when my friend touched me gently and asked me to wake up. I felt i was pulled back from somewhere to the bed very quickly and i opened my eyes and saw my friend. She told me i was smiling when she came wake me up.
I wrote everything down right after i woke up even that i still missed some important details

What could this be? A lucid dream? An OBE? Or even a vision? After a while it somehow reminds me about the movie Matrix when Neo walked into the room of oracle and saw some crazy stuff.

All in all, during the whole experience there was no fear only excitement and joyfulness. I think i might be smiling for the whole time! And this means a lot to me.

Sounds very nice!

I do not know what it was, but I believe you had an Out of body experience traveling to a different time world or parallel dimension similar to one I have found described in a book before. The book is called "Adventures beyond the body" and written by an American who had dozens of OBEs in the 70s and 80s.

There was one account I recall where he traveled to a world that resembled the America of the 1950s with people dressed accordingly and some children talking to him and even asking him whether he was a traveler, meaning that they were aware of the phenomenon.

So the experience you had is a known, if very intriguing one. Time travel or dimension travel is quite common during OBEs, even though I don't believe I ever went to a different time period of this world. I want to very much, though, because I think it could be quite interesting.

Keep going on your track with confidence and joyfulness. You will be rewarded.

Best of luck!

Michael

Thanks, sunneysoul71  I will look into the book you mentioned.

I enjoyed the whole experience and I believe it's got some insight of it.
Somehow it's a pity that i couldn't understand what the little boy said to me (though he speaks English) and i couldn't remember how to spell the name of the place the lady was going (though i did remember the vague pronunciation of it). I have a feeling that these are important but too subtle to recall :!:
