Need help...kinda

Hey, ive been trying to astral travel for a while but things arent quite working out.  Its not that im trying too hard but it just doesnt seem to come naturally to me although the desire is there.  I can get to a really relaxed state and i feel heavy and very intune with the universe but no further ( i either get disrupted or distracted). Does anyone have any advice for building concentration or techniques to havd an OBE?
