Hey,
I was trying to project last night, but instead of doing that, my entire body (except for my head) went numb. When I gave up and rolled over, it felt like your foot does when it falls asleep, but I felt it everywhere.
What does it mean?
It means you must have trapped an artery in your neck because you cut off the blood circulation to your body.
j/k
Your body didnt follow to project.
What do you mean, Sepultura?
You were achieving a body asleep/mind awake state. If you had kept going deeper you would have gone into body paralysis (or perhaps you were already at this level). Most of your head should have also become numb. If it did not, then it may be as a result of incorrect posture which strains your neck muscles.
At this state, force yourself to feel a falling sensation to trick your body into sleep (which naturally occurs when you do fall asleep). Then begin to breathe in very deeply and breath out very slowly. You want to establish a rythmn in breathing while focusing on anything but your physical body. Eventually you will hit the vibrations.
