I've never consciously astral projected, but I was just wondering, if you could visit fictional places while traveling in your astral body? For example, a distinct place from a movie, that doesn't exist in the physical world.

TurulMadar.

There are dimensions in the astral planes that are effected by thoughts and are called non-consensus and then places like "the belief systems" which are consensus and are not effected by thought easily. While in the non-consensus areas your thoughts will create whatever you are thinking about, so you can create whatever fictional place that you want.

Keep in mind that this kind of thing most likely doesn't happen over night if you are new to projecting.

Hope this sheds some light on the subject.

I would say yes. This happens when ur slowly going into deeper sleep but still awake enough to project,  and those fictional places tend be part of ur dream, so ur astral self and dreams kind of clash, if that makes sense.
