weird experience

hi all, a few nights ago I was trying to AP, when nothing happened after a hour or so I thought it's enough for the day. I was unable to fall asleep for more than a hour because I was literally charged up with energy.
What happened in the morning was something between dream and reality, I couldn't make out what was "real" and what not so much, but anyway, I awoke lying on my belly, I felt some kind of energy rushing through my body, and found out I can control it by will. I made it stronger, even more stronger (to the point I thought I was going to burst) when I seemingly left my body but didn't see anything. Next try, again the energy, now I could see and I was in my room, but many things were different. I explored my house, but my awareness wasquite low at that time and falling even more, until it drifted into a scary dream (which I rather won't tell here).
I don't know if I was just dreaming up the projections, but the feeling of the energy flowing through my body was really EXTREME, something I've never felt before. I don't know if these feelings are normally associated with "exiting", I've yet to have a real projection...

Could have been sleep paralysis where you had a border line obe or I mean became very lucid and had a vivid dream where it would seem as a obe but you say many things were different.. I dunno how to answer this, cause I feel like a OBE is just a dream like state as well though, and then you had a nightmare following.. sounds like sleep paralysis and wasn't full blown and then slowly it turned into the nightmare. 

I notice to for a lot of people trying to induce lucid/obe, they do much to try induce it and allways thinking about, not all day but daily that they have dreams that can occur to perceive these thoughts, different for anybody, like the nightmare you had, was it a fear of yours.

As well as a couple of projections I've had dreams about projections and borderline WTFs. I think I know what you mean about the energy, the first time I projected it scared the **** out of me! My heart felt like it was going at an impossible rate, I felt very hot and the vibrations were really unnerving. Well done for controlling the energy though.

The exit sensations are impossible to convey to someone who hasnt experienced them, and they are not 'physical' in the usual sense so you cant really prepare yourself for the shock. Sounds like you're getting there, and making good progress tho!

What I find interesting is you were laying on your front.  Most people are on their back when it happens.

Was there anything odd about the way you were laying?  Was your neck or back bent?
