Weird feeling when I wake up

I have not had that particular feeling but I often wake up after dreaming and my solar plexus area feels like it is on fire. The more vivid or lucid the dream, the hotter this area is. Sometimes it is prevents me from being able to fall back to sleep because the rest of my body is cold but I cannot tolerate the blankets. Also, I sometimes wake up extremely drained of energy and with a headache. This has only been going on since I have been meditating and running energy on a daily basis. I wonder if there is a connection?

I usually wake up with my whole body tingling after a nightmare.  Sometimes I get that same sensation when someone plays a prank on me and sneaks up behind me a shouts, or if a car is coming towards me and doesn't look like they're going to stop.  I believe it's a natural reaction to sudden and intense fear.  For me, anyway.

This probably has nothing to do with OBE's , but thats why im asking you guys.[]

Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, or like when I have a bad dream (or something), I wake up and my whole head is tingling. Nothing else does, just that.
It happens when I wake up suddenly, like when I jerk awake.
eh, it probably has nothing to do with this, but oh well. [xx(]
