If anyone there is familiar with using phasing to get out their physical body and to OBE could they pls give me a quick crash course on it. I would rather hear from someone who is experienced with this method than be directed to a link from a book or something.

Please anyone who uses this method to AP tell me how it works and what to expect and how long it takes pls.  :-D

Well, then you're not gonna wanna hear this, but... read this:  http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html  LoL
It's THE guide to read for learning to Phase.  It's written by a guy who used to post here by the name of Frank.  It's edited by one of the moderators into a format that's easy to read.

Anyways, Frank was the Astral Pulse's expert on Phasing and taught a lot of people here how to do it.
Actually, through his posts and that Phasing Guide I just linked, he's STILL teaching people even though he's not here anymore.

Another good read are his posts, I've compiled them into a single PDF for easy reading.  You can download it from the link in my sig.

In any case, that first link should answer just about any question you might have regarding Phasing.  If you have more questions after that, please either use the search function that the forum provides or ask here.  :)

If you can imagine walking into your kitchen thats phasing
how good you are at it is measured by the quality of the experience
what you can see touch and smell for example

practice makes perfect

More precisely, imagining is the first step to Phasing.
You have to understand "where" your imagination is.
Imagination is on the edge of Focus 2 oC (as per Frank's model).
And Focus 2 is the Astral (aka your subconscious).

So to imagine is to create something in the astral... in Noy's example, he's creating a version of his kitchen in his imagination which he then "steps into".

To describe "stepping into" the scene, it's like the visualized scene in your mind goes from 3rd person to 1st person.  You will LITERALLY find yourself in your kitchen.

I hope that makes some sense.
