Did I do Focus 10

Well I printed off an article that I found posted by Major Tom.

Well I threw half of the reading and I decided to try to do it. I relaxed my body and then I blanked out for who knows how long, when I rolled over I started to come back into reallity. So does anyone think I did it? (Sorry that is the best I can expain it.)
