What are some of the most meaningful blessings that can come from AP? I have been practicing AP for 2 weeks now and I know that I am getting closer. But besides the adventure aspect of it I am curious if there are other, very meaningful, beneficial things that can be achieved through AP.
In my experience before discovering AP I was always questioning some practices of religions, why is there a punishing God, a hell, a heaven, why would only a group be saved and not others? so many questions and after I discovered what astral projection is and reading more and more and actually experiencing for myself, I came to the conclusion that I am now beyond the grasp of religion and that I am here to experience and that makes me relaxed and less less stressed out about this physical life.
My two cents
Well, there's no proof of this that you can provide to other people... but, personally, I have the knowledge that I will "live on" when this physical body I'm focused into ceases to operate. :)
That's probably, to me, one of the biggest things to take from all this.

The most meaningful thing is that you get to explore reality in its wider scope, not just the tiny little perspective what we have here on Earth. You get to learn and experience things which dip you into all of the wonders and truths of reality. That is, if you're interested in that kind of stuff.
AP enhances your mental capabilities and psychic ability
Everything that I encounter is blessing whether I realize it right away or ten years down the road. But having a visit from my friend that past away in a car wreck stands out, that and my pets. :-)
