What are the astral "senses?"

Sometimes I've experienced more than one sense at the same time. Perhaps you've read other person's accounts of color. Blue isn't just blue it has a tactile sensation to it. Sometimes what I see also has sound and feeling at the same time, as if I am multi-sensual all at once,  and multi-perceiving. Some of it may be due to the difference in timing. Instant communication, instant teletransport. It's difficult to describe. Perhaps there are new terms for some of this, or I'm sure there will be. I'm sure someone will write a book or concoct a course with new terminolgy or perhaps someone already has. I really don't know what chakras they are connected to. The latest things I've read about chakras, is they they are actually all one chakra, or holochakra. Then another book says there are new chakras developing all the time. I really don't think anyone has completely mapped it out, although many people think they have (and it's interesting how their conclusions vary). If it's something that is part of CIM, (constant intelligent motion), then it can't be completely mapped out because it doesn't stop changing, evolving, long enough to form hard and fast "absolute" conclusions about it.

I just came back from a bike ride and thought a lot more about this. I don't recall smelling during an Obe, yet I have an uncanny ability to smell in the normal waking state, to the point where people make fun of me, my father used to even when I was a child. I can smell great distances and smell people sometimes, not body odor or perfumes, but their character. Weird huh? But I don't recall smelling in the "astral".  Taste has always been bland, not sweet, not sour, not salty, not bitter, but an emptiness. Taste empty? I don't know how to describe it yet at times I continued to carry that taste when I  "returned". The others, sight, hearing, feeling, as I said before, seem to happen simultaneously, most of the time, perhaps because I'm sensing from my core, or feeling from the heart as it is so often put. Perhaps my individual senses converge in my core. I'll try and be conscious of smell next time and let you know what I experience.. Thanks for your inquiry. This is the type of thing that gets me a working, which I love to do. That's why people  have been calling me innerpilot for over 35 years now.

Robert Bruce says in his book Astral Dynamics (GET IT DAMN IT) that the astral senses are entirely related to any senses that the physical mind has already learned and knows. For example, somebody who is blind from birth will only feel his way around the astral planes, whereas somebody who becomes blind during his/her lifetime will be able to "see" perfectly well around the astral.

Clairvoyance and Clairaudience are just names for the ability to hear and see into another dimension. Of course, it becomes apparant that the physical version of the skill must be already learnt within the physical planes before it can affect anything else...

No amount of rigorous training, sitting and doing nothing, and clearing one's mind can help a man who hasn't overcome his doubts.

I think I may have made a mistake in coming here. I'm sorry. I didn't know this was the Church of Robert Bruce and we were supposed to be following his Bible, Astral Dynamics. I won't bother any of you any more. Sorry.

I've spend years to figure out how the "astral senses" work. I've found that in a standard projection of mine (beetween somewhere LD and OBE by default) the energy body has a structure similar to a mist hover above the land. I call it sensory energy field. It has condensed seeds at the places of localised perceptions and stream like structures interconnect it.

The seeds of the sensory energy field can be utilized by special attention driving to turn the experience into RTZ-OBEs. (Actually, this is the hardest method to do this, but most useful in long term). When you travel to "astral" (cca. F24-27 in the terms of TMI) the energy body decondensate into a domain of the earth's magnetosphere.

To make it short, perceptions occur when the decondensed field of the energy body and the energy field of the object are overlap each other. The accuracy of the perceptions depend mostly on the condensation degree of the energy body. With lesser degrees of condensation perception become more and more over-interpreted, eventually turn to hallucinations in order to fill the perceptual gaps of the dream forming a coherent dreamscape of the everydays.

Light perception don't possible until the condensatum reach the spheroid phase. At his point the dream body disappear (albeit hands can be remain), the sight turn to grey and real light perception occur indicated by a rapidly expanding horizon.

This theory is well established, can be applied on the entire process of projection, so I'm sure, you will hear about it in my further posts.

I understand the physical senses: sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.  I am also aware of two astral senses: clairyonance and clairaudience, and I understand they are connected to the Anja (brow) and Vishuddha (throat) Chakras respectively.  But what I would like to know is what other astral senses exist (the equivilents of taste, touch, and smell and/or new ones) and what Chakras they are connected to.  Thank you.
