is there something you can listen to or watch to make a astral projection come easier ??

Hi Jetlee,

Do you mean like a tutorial? Try www.saltcube.com. You can also listen to binaural beats such as Hemi-Sync or Brainsnyc which will help to relax you.

umk will do I'm just having trouble getting to the projection part but ill keep working thanks for the help if anyone has any more tips please tell =)
