Title: What does AP feel like?

Tingling is not enough. You should feel extradimensional waves with wavelength about 1 foot and amplitude about 4 inches. Yours might be a different size.

It depends on what you mean by what it "first" feels like. If you are referring to the vibrations during seperation, then you should feel very intense vibrations throughout your whole body. Also, most people experience a noise, or a bang, or something around their head area when total seperation occurs.
If you are referring to the feeling of post-seperation, then as far as I know based on my own experiences, there is no feeling, except that of weightlessness.

Sincerely

Hey. [8D]

You can feel tingling, experience large vibes, see lights, hear bangs, or see, feel, hear, etc. nothing at all. There is no set criteria. Day to day I experience different things sometimes. The best way to tell if you're 'out' is to get up and see, move somehow. If on higher dimensions, it will be obvious.

Take care. [:)]

When I have an Obe the following feelings have been documented:
1.  immediately before obe I feel a falling sensation.  If I breath out deeply and try to further enhance this falling sensation I notice strange noises, voices, etc.
2.  Vibrations may or may not come, but one thing is certain.  At the point where I can Obe my astral body is loose.  If I raise my head, arm, leg, etc.  it feels as though I am passing through syrup into a very fluid and light weight environment.  Another way would be to describe it as being under warm water, and then pushing through the surface where the air is cooler.  It is a very crisp, exhillerating feeling.

3.  Once, fully disconnected from the physical body there is a weightless feeling.  However, I have noticed that when I fall to the ground etc.  I feel it.  It doesn't nesc. hurt, but I feel as though i have fallen.

Any way, sorry to ramble.

While projecting, can you hear and feel temperature?

It is from my own experience that people tend to communicate with emotions and thoughts rather than some form of vocalization. I spoke with a woman outside my home while OBE and she never opened her mouth once. Also, temperature, yes, I have felt cold rain and dew on plant leaves but i have never felt fire. If your next question is asking whether it can hurt you, no it cannot :-)

Hi all.  I've been wondering exactly what vibrations feel like.  I can get to a point where my body seems to be shaking, or vibrating at a low frequency, like about 5 hertz.  But I don't know if the vibrations are supposed to be at a higher frequency, like 300 hertz or something.  Could anybody tell me?  Thanks.

the vibrations are different from person to person , my experience with vibes usually feel like .. someone has a huge shoulder vibrator device , puts it on the back of my neck  ,somehow touches the neckbone with it then turns it on. Its not painful but very noticable... not disorienting either I like the vibrations and paralysis .  The vibrations should increase at the moment of separation and if you try to move while they are strong you shoudl feel paralysis .. ( you shoudlnt be able to move once they are strong ) Thats how I feel them. Good luck

Hi, I was wondering if someone could please tell me what it feels like when you first start to AP? does it feel like a tingling sensation? because if it does then that means I must have been doing it correctly when I tried.
