What is f2 f3 f4 and how do I get to AP? I looked everywhere and cant find it. Do I have to buy the book or something? Please point me to the right direction.

dude.... go to the index and to go astral FAQ's section.  Read it all, learn it well.  F1-F4 is explained in the focus levels topic.  What is phasing and how can I do it? is a great place to start, but all of it is worth reading.

I just bought the book Our Ultimate Reality and the 3 steps are not in there also... How can I AP?
