Hi I been off this forum for a long time and checked it out recently.
I have to ask something which I wondered about for a while: what is the reason for energy work? here there is a lot of talk of exercises to make your body energised, but WHY? is it supposed to benifit astral projection somehow? pls explain why this is benificial to AP.
Ask yourself... why do you have to eat food? You'll have your answer. :)
If you have low energy when you project, you won't be able to stay out very long. You might also have difficulty controlling your movement, or being able to see.

So the reason for energy work is so one can be able to project better? to be able to stay out longer yes?
Just like your train your physical body to grow more muscles so you can lift more weight and run faster and longer.
You train your energybody to be able to project longer.
For me, it has a lot to do with developing and controlling awareness. But there are people who say it isn't necessary at all. Frank was one of them and claimed it only works because people believe it will, and that it's actually mystical hubbub.
But he also talked about "firing off" his "energy centers", so there ya go.

I think Frank was a lot more complicated than he lead others to believe. LoL
Yes you also learn to focus your awareness by doing energy work. And focusing it outside your body for some time can cause OBE exit.
