Time travel? I've read his first book and I'm currently reading his second one. I don't think you can actually time travel when you OOBE, more like see potentials for the future...maybe! As for the past, they may be memories...personal or collective.

if you look at a lightbulb the light/energy travels in all directions

its the same with time
imagine a large sphere it maybe the year 2011 in the center but at the edge its year 0001
because it takes a while for the energy to travel to the edge so (day one energy's) may take thousands of years to reach the outside. they start the same story later

its not possible to travel back in time because its always your future
but you can travel in the same now to the year 1500 500AD what ever

its the same story but the further out it is the further back it is
its the story of everything and its all happening in the same now

when you visit the past it helps to view it as a parallel and not as the same universe you live in

if you wish to do "time travel" just shift your focus away from the source

I believe he mentioned it briefly on his first book, but Ultimate Journey seems to have the most content about it. Either way, I'd personally wouldn't see it as time travel since, as Monroe elaborates, time-space's just an illusion :-P
