what more can i do

i have tried over 50 techniques for astral projection and still nothing.this is starting to get at me so what i want to ask is how you acomplished astral projection and how long it took you. thx

How foreign was the concept of projection before you started trying?

The idea that's floating around is that ultimately the universe is thought to be made of pure energy and thought and that thoughts actually manifest matter and actually masks the true nature of the universe which is energy. 

Many well know physicists and Authors of some of the most popular astral projection books believe that thoughts themselves create reality and the physical matter that make up your physical self. Rhonda Byrne is one such author who wrote a book called "The Secret" which covers this topic of thought becoming reality at a high level.

I would say that if you are fairly new to the concept of projection, continue thinking about it all the time and keep a positive and patient attitude at the same time. You should eventually see results as your thoughts will turn into reality.

To directly answer your question, it took me 1 week to project for the first time. I thought about it day and night and basically blocked everything else out for the entire week leading up to my first projection..

How long have you been trying? And how long have you spent with a single technique? If your putting earnest practice in with a technique, it should take years to go through 50 different ones.

It took me about 30 days for my first OBE, 2 more years for a quality second. Somehow, I stuck with it.

It took me two months to have my first OBE.. After that it was trial and error, but also being patient, record keeping, education, and working towards efficiency.

This is not a fast food drive through where you can expect over night results. It is a lifetime of experiments, showing up EVERYDAY giving EVERYTHING to project. Consistency without giving up!
