Interesting sensation with rope

So when my astral body was out it was at about a twenty degree angle to my physical body.
I realy want to project again.
I had a few ap's when I was thirteen.
The I can go over and see the pryamids, and some other places on this Earth.  As well as other places in other dimensions.

I was doing the rope technique as usual when I felt my astral body float out and behind my physical body.  I had the rope over my brow chakra.
