Thanks for the link.  I haven't had much time to look around the site, but I did enjoy the intro and I am intrigued by the articles found in the site.

I am always happy to see new, well made websites out there about the spiritual element of reality.

No problem, there was one article that I found particularly useful, it was about a nice easy way to OBE, something to do with laying in bed for a few hours after you usually get up, and when your feeling rally lethargic you focus on your 3rd eye.
