Ok so last night I was lucid dreaming and than I could feel the lucid dream ending. After that I could feel me laying in my bed and I could start to feel vibrations. After that I could feel a bad entity pushing hard against my stomach so I commanded it to leave. After that it left and I could feel the vibrations becoming more intense and I could feel wind blowing down on by body and hear a helicopter over my had. I than imagined that helicopter pulling my spirit out of my body. I commanded the chopper blades to start spinning faster than the chopper blades got louder the wind was blowing harder, and my body started to vibrate like crazy. than I felt myself float out of my body and I floated over to the window and at first I could feel the glass than I sort of fell through it and I was in my back yard and at this point I would think I was out of body ( never been before BTW ) but there wasn't snow on the ground and I could see and obstacle that isn't there in real life. Shortly after that I woke up and my body was really sweaty and I was cold from the sweat. ( Kinda gross but it really just felt like water ). Also my awareness wasn't extremely high but it was pretty good. What would you guys make of this?
Definitly sounds like an OBE to me. did you know that most of the time things you see will be familiar but differant to how it is in real life?
It could be the RTZ morphing into F 22.
Helicopter? It's funny you mention this because this sound can feature during sleep paralysis or vibrational states. I've experienced exactly the same just before I separated from the body. Here's one of my quotes:
QuoteThe vibrational state can be mild or strong. It can vary from mild tingling, warmth, and the sensation of low voltage electricity flowing through the body. Strange sounds are reported during this stage. Hissing that seems to pulse in your head, sparks, thunder-like sounds, rumbling, wind, electronic sounds, a person moaning (I have likened it to a woman giving birth), ocean waves, something like a train running, a helicopter etc. - people tend to describe the same thing in different ways but the state itself can vary too. It tends to peak before it gradually fades. Vibrations are strange but remain calm and don't analyse what is happening to you. Just act as a beholder or go with the flow. Depending on how deep your level of sleep paralysis is will determine whether you will have a 1st phase OOBE or, a 2nd phase OOBE.

Wow that is really interesting! Thanks Summerlander :-D I swear I have never even herd of this before actually experiencing it.
krobin, did it sound like this? At 1:51 (pre OBE rushing noises) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zeoLMO37i0
I'd describe those noises as rushing or rumbling which can often be experienced, but what we are talking about here is more distinct. It actually sounds like the spinning blades of a helicopter!!
This is how weird it can get. I composed this one:

This one by Bedeekin also has very accurate SP/VS sounds:

Well, at this point you were projecting.
QuoteAfter that I could feel me laying in my bed and I could start to feel vibrations.
Then your focus of awareness returned to your physical body and you began to have "classic obe" separation symptoms.
QuoteAfter that I could feel a bad entity pushing hard against my stomach so I commanded it to leave.
That wasn't a "bad entity", you shouldn't make rash judgment calls like that while in such a state... it'll lead to experiences that you will have a harder time to control. As it was, you did deal with that one nicely though. :)
What you experiences was the perception of your body feeling very relaxed and asleep. It happens every night you fall asleep, but it's scary when we consciously experience it because we've never experienced it while awake before. So yeah, just remain calm as you did and remind yourself that it's "normal and natural".
QuoteAfter that it left and I could feel the vibrations becoming more intense and I could feel wind blowing down on by body and hear a helicopter over my head.
As Summerlander pointed out, that's a classic sound to hear during that state.
QuoteI than imagined that helicopter pulling my spirit out of my body. This is the great part though! You mentally made a connection between the sound and a "helicopter" which you then further connected to the vibrations. You used all those things in conjunction to help you focus your intent on separating! Very nicely done. :)
QuoteWhat would you guys make of this?
What I'd make of what you experienced was that you started off in a lucid awareness experience, which you began to lose and shifted back to this physical reality... at which point, you began to have separation symptoms. You used the sounds you were experiencing to help you focus your intent towards your goal of having an obe... and you did it!
:)
Thanks so much for the replies!! It did not sound the same as the links you guys recommended me to. It really just sounded like a helicopter, and a lot of wind. Xanth, Thanks so much for breaking it all down. You answered every one of my questions and I feel the knowledge that I have obtained from you will be a tremendous help in future events. I like your perception of things. I believe for sure now that this was and OBE which would make it my first. I guess now its time to get a AP/OBE journal :-D

That's a great idea... I mean, if you're not lazy like me. :D LoL
What a dream journal does is makes you more aware to remember your dreams and it gives you a reference point for "dream objects/scenery" so you have a greater chance of recognizing when you are in a dream. :)
It goes along the lines of... "Oh hey, didn't I dream something about this once before? ... OH HEY!! I AM DREAMING!!" and BAM, that's when your lucid awareness begins. :)
