What to do in the Astral - need a challange

At my current level of development I feel I can AP a few times a week and I'm able to, with some level of success, stabilize the astral world and have a decent amount of time, maybe 10-20 minutes of astral time until I wake up or until I enter a non lucid state. Most the the time I am floating around my house. I also end up being a poltergeist in a house I do not recognize and strangely the people in that house cannot see me and I do not recognize them - it is not always the same house.

It there anything you can recommend to do in the Astral plane?

As things manifest, perhaps the environmental manipulations you are doing are a way of developing this to a fine art.
If so making a tower of various items that don't fall once you let go may be worth attempting.
If you appear stuck at a certain position, it may be that you still need to learn something you're not yet doing.
Be positive in what you do, this usually gives a return in a way to your advantage.
One of my early lessons was to spin plates on a long pole like you see on TV occasionally. The lesson wasn't the spinning, it was something else which took me a week or so to see.

Get out to space. Consider that a challenge because I've heard a lot of people that have troubles flying out of Earth. If you managed to get out there, well, I think there's enough there to explore

Here are a couple target pools used for RV perfectly suitable for projection When your hitting good on those then you can get into other stuff you cannot find out other ways. .... like ruins on Mars?

Here is another suggestion which might help...

While you're projecting, yell this out with as much Intent behind it as you can muster:  "Show me something or take me somewhere that will be a great benefit to my spiritual growth!"

Something to that effect... then wait and see what happens.  This essentially allows your consciousness to drive the experience to what it feels would help you best.

In all honesty; I had totally forgotten as I have been so involved with the aim of having stable projections. I guess it was more curiosity than anything else as I've always been a lucid dreamer. Slightly unrelated, from reading around are the akashic records real?

Didn't know that Farsight had a pool list, too. Courtney Brown puts out amazing stuff with his Institute and has some good RVers there.

Well, if you mean teleporting out of your house to somewhere else, that I have heard takes a single thought and you're there.

On the other hand though, if you mean actually teleporting objects around you, then it's a matter of shifting EVERY vibration that makes up, say, a chair, then shift that block of vibrations somewhere else. I personally would think that be the case, I otherwise have no idea.

Some great ideas.  Just going to add a few suggestions.  First pick a specific idea out of the list and have a plan for implementing it prior to starting your obe attempt.  The attitude "I'll figure it out once I'm there" probably won't yield the best results.  So if you decide you want to build something, know exactly what you are going to try and build before hand.  Second when it comes to instant travel you might have the best results if you start not a place, but either a person or an object you are 'connected to' or that has meaning to you.  People are nice for two reasons, first is our strongest connections are usually social ones between each other (No matter how much you love your (insert most valued possession here) you are not going to be nearly as devastated if it gets destroyed as you would be if a loved one dies.  At least I hope not), and second if you get to them you can call and ask what they were doing around the time you called.  Kind of fun turns it into an experiment with a purpose, which can create greater intent, and intent is our fuel source.  Places just don't seem, especially in the beginning, to be as easy to get to as specific people or objects within those places.

Nothing really mind blowing here which hasn't been said before, so you very well may have heard all this before, but it is nice to have a reminder of the basics sometimes:)  Best of Luck!
