Hi SiVA,
I have Wave 1-6 as tape, but they are not metamusic like, and they are guided. Maybe they changed the feature, for my tapes are more then 12 years old. I also have wave 7 (CD)and it also is not metamusic, but  they use music for the introduction. I also prefer Hemi-Sync with no music. Music is kind of distracting if it`s not exactly in your mood. I sometimes do Wave 7 CDs, which gives me a deep relaxation, but no OBE (while listening).
Bye,
Helmut

What are the titles of some of the exercises in YOUR Waves 5 and 6?

Wave 7 is my favorite so far, although I haven't explored them fully and I prefer Monroe's voice over the lady in Wave 7... Monroe's daughter perhaps?

Hi SiVA,
you are right, some/most of the Wave V/VI tapes are metamusic. Didn`t remember, because I also have the Metamusic tapes.
Oooh, it`s a ladys voice on Wave VII? Always thought it`s a man! Think they filtered the voice, for it doesn`t sound quite natural. I`d like to hear some of the Wave 1-6 CDs again, for the sake of Bobs voice, but didn`t want to spent money for the CDs and the tapes are not so good in quality.
I created some Hemi-Sync CD for myself. Used Cool-Edit 2000 which has a brainwave function integrated. Great tool! More and better options than BWG.

Hi All,

I'm just rummaging through the my Gateway mp3's and it seems Waves V/VI are all MetaMusic like. I was wondering if anyone of you had some interesting experiences with these?

I prefer the voice guided exercises myself, as I find these music waves kind of distracting.

Your thoughts?
